Well we began our season with two very successful concerts, the first in the beautiful village of Carrog in the Dee valley. This was to raise funds for St Ffraid's church. The villagers really enjoyed it and the refreshments they provided were excellent - they just kept appearing as if by magic!!!
The second concert followed 4 days later in the bandroom , this time for the Stroke Club,with whom we have a long association. This again was enjoyed by everyone, especially as once again we had our friends the Impromptus Jazz Trio. These young men are awesome - I'm sure they have a great future ahead. Look out Ronnies Scotts!!!
